Shanghai Prowel Technology Co., Ltd. is a main professional motorcycle aluminium rim and braking system manufacturer in China. We dedicate ourselves to developing high quality rims, braking discs and CNC Billet Parts for Hoowel Technology supplies different high quality aluminium materials, like 6061, 6063, 7116 and 7075. The research and production of materials are all controlled in our own extrusion factory. Advanced super powerful flash-butt welding machines make all rim products with best welding quality. Our QC members will carry out high strength impact testing and loading capacity for welding lines. T4, T6 and even T7 heat treatment will ensure all rims with better strength, hardness and super flexibility. It will not only take drivers better riding experience, but also provide safe guarantee. Different anodizing colors are available for more users. We also produce and supply different kinds of baking discs and handles with perfect management, high diathesis design teams, top production equipment and advanced processing techniques. More than 1000 types of products cover various medium and high grade motorcycles, ATVs and Katrinc cars from 50ml to 1500ml. The quality control is implemented in the whole procedure from market survey, product design and development, raw material, processing, assembly and ex-factory inspection to after-sale services.
